Guidance for Windshield Repair Professionals

How I’d use this list

  1. Map your markets: If you operate in any of the first five states, your customer-facing paperwork must already spell out calibration needs and costs.
  2. Monitor the “yellow lights”: The dozen pending states can flip to active fast, especially Illinois, Texas and New York, which have influential sponsors and insurer attention.
  3. Insurance-coverage nuance: Florida, Kentucky and South Carolina combine zero-deductible glass laws with new calibration language, great for consumer marketing, tricky for pricing.
  4. Template harmonization: Because most bills copy-paste from Utah/Kentucky, one compliant disclosure + itemized-invoice template will cover 80 % of future state adoptions (just tweak penalty references).
